Everything was great except the bathroom wasn't clean very well.

Hot tub was barely even warm let alone hot, when we checked in and got tour room it hadnt been cleaned from previous guests, there was dirty towels and beds were inmade and there was still pizza boxes from previous guest. Granted the front desk took care of that and gave us a different room, but even that one still had some discrepencies but nowhere near as bad as forst one we was given. The breakfast bar was severly lacking in quality and selction and taste. very horrible stay........ would not recommend it to others.

Good enough for the price point. The facility is old. Pool and hot tub helps. Front desk, maintenance, and cleaning staff people are friendly. Plenty of towels and pillows.

Not in a very good area, extremely noisy at night with music blasting outside of the window, can hear everything in the rooms next to mine, and didn’t feel extremely clean but cleanliness was ok. Staff was nice but didn’t interact with them much. Overall not a horrible place to stay but not five stars.

check out staff was rude. My husband went to ask for a late checkout. They told him they could not accommodate it and we’re rude about the request. I went to talk to the concierge, Fran she then told me they could accommodate a nooncheckout. I asked her why she didn’t tell my husband that, she had an attitude and dismissively said “ well we can make it an 11am check out now”. we also found roaches in the dwelling the room had a musty, muggy smell.

Hotel is what you would expect for 3-4 star hotel and the price. One of the reasons I have booked here in the past was the pool and the ability of having nieces and nephews visit and go swimming. new management and policies prohibit this and they also require you to wear a wrist band. I will be looking elsewhere next trip!

Our room had a leak in our room so the carpet was wet in the corner, the hot tub was cold and not working and our smoke alarm decided to start chirping at 7 am the day we were checking out.

I booked this room In person paid cash to stay because they told me my card was declined but the next day the charge was on my card for the day I checked out the room

I learned that Radisson got handed down to Choice Hotels. Expedia keeps misrepresenting the Country Inn and Suites and I was shocked when I entered the property. I'm not sure what this is going to be in the future but it will be the lowest level of Choice Hotels. Local teenagers stay here on weekends and raise hell. You will not be able to sleep there. It's sad for the staff, because they try their best, they are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it's a bad hotel. Don't stay there.

Friday night bunch of high school kids having a dupe party at end of hall. Saturday and Sunday 50 kids, babes in arms to 13/15 teenagers. Fan on room heater needs attention. Bathroom 3 way light switches not working properly (I am a licensed electrician).

Hotel lobby looks like it is getting some updates. Room was nice but could have been vacuumed/swept a little better. Stuff in the corners of the floor. Bed was comfy. Fair price for what you get.
