Excellent location, amazing staff, delicious food, great espresso coffee at the room (unlimited). The hotel is a bit dated but well maintained. Beds can be a higher quality and more comfortable

I've always loved staying at this hotel. I'm from Recife and whenever I visit my hometown, I really enjoy spending a few days at this hotel. I'm always well received and taken care of by the staff! The location is excellent, the physical structure, the food, everything is very good!

The staff was respectful very professional. If I could give a 10 star I would. I will use this hotel next time I visit.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we love it!

Hotel Atlante was cool. The rooms are nice and decent. The rooftop pool is nice, but the view of the beach is not great. There is no real beach in the front of the hotel. But the free breakfast was 5/5 i loved it

The staff and sevices in the hotel were excellent especially Julio in the brasserie. My only complaint is that there was no elevator to the pool level. A great family hotel! Wonderful live music in lobby on grandpiano or saksiphone.

Hotel it’s just ok. The restaurant inside the hotel has a slow service with waiters ignoring you all the time. Lack of management. The load/unload process is both smooth since one car can black the whole hotel

Staff people very nice

Hotel lobby was beautiful and lively. Our room was large with 2 very comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was big with a great shower. gym was well equipped including a personal trainer who gave me some weight lifting tips. Dinner at the lobby restaurant was very good as was the breakfast that came with out premium package. All the staff was courtesy and helpful. Nice location across from the ocean with wide sidewalks for safe walking next to the ocean and less than 15 minutes Uber from the airport.

1 night stay after late flight. Very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast.

The Atlante Plaza is now like a plane plummeting at high speed because it lost its turbines and the pilot and commander jumped with parachutes before the disaster and the passengers are in panic without knowing what to do. It was the worst experience I have ever had!!

Once upon a time, Atlante Plaza was an excellent hotel. No VIP treatment as I used to have—new management. The manager meets with employees at breakfast and discusses internal issues at the hotel for anyone who wants to listen or lacks professionalism. Lots of flies are on top of the food for breakfast. The receptionist said they use energy conservation to save money—broken air conditioning. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned. We saw spiders. Most employees are grumpy and disrespectful. We wanted to relax and had more stress than anything else. I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend the Atlante Plaza.

Great location, fabulous breakfast, lovely room. Facilities at the hotel were very good. The rooftop pool is excellent.

All the staff was very nice. I loved the chocolate day left on my room and the safety, I felt very safe at the hotel
