It was very comfortable during our stay?

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, but housekeeping was missed for one day. Rooms are a little smaler than usual standard room.

there were a lot of containers in the parking lot which limited parking. the breakfast, although good was way overpriced for what you received.

Quiet and convenient. Rooms are spacious, just a bit outdated. We had to call maintenance twice - once for anrunny toilet, and the other for no hot water in the shower. But overall was good! Stayed here weekend of UC Berkeley’s graduation. Close drive to CAL.

Nice and spacious. Very clean but Bathroom could use better counter space. It is too small and didn’t have room to place my stuff to get ready.

Customer service was great

I booked last minute, so I wasn’t expecting much, especially at a high price — but the place was actually really nice. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, so no complaints there. What threw me off a bit was the service at the front desk. Joshua was polite, but his attitude felt cold and flat — not exactly welcoming after a long day. I feel like the Property Coordinator might’ve offered a better vibe. Still, all things considered, it was a good

The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool and area needs cleaning, sweep the leaves.

The bartender really put sweet vermouth in my martini. You really should make sure they get proper training.
