The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Waffles or cereal for breakfast was ok and the coffee good. The condition of the facility was poor. The curtains were falling off and torn. The caulk around the tub had mold. The beds were very hard. There were huge gaps around the door.

Hotel was very difficult to locate. Clerk said it was Hotels.com’s fault. Service was non existent, clerk said nothing to us. Dirty room with old beaten up furniture, dusty old chair with stuffing coming out. Dirty carpet, no hot water, coffee maker was not washed since the last guest(S) $20 extra for dog but nothing provided. Breakfast was very minimal with no one attending to it. Only 3 tables in breakfast room. We would NEVER go back and never recommend it to anyone.

An old mom-n-pop motel with the Wyndham name will draw guests, but his is like no Wyndham property I’ve stayed at before. Old style springy beds, smelly pet room with chewed up furnishings and filthy furniture and old curtains, draft room with gaps around the door but you can’t control the heat setting. With no additional blanket, I used towels to keep me warm. Just don’t.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online. It was dark and dreary inside. There were crumbs on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, the walls had a layer of dust on them (you could see if very clearly on the darker wall), the nightstand had something sticky on it...over all the room did not feel clean. I could hear a lot of noise coming from the parking lot when I was trying to go to sleep.

I think this property was great for the price you pay and it gets the job done. I was most concerned about the cleanliness, but my worries were instantly laid to rest upon seeing the room and bathroom. Everything was clean and mold free. There were dents, scraps, and unpainted patches around, but this was more visually unappealing rather than unclean. There wasn’t excessive noises and I felt the property was well lit and safe. The breakfast consists of a waffle maker, toaster, slices of bread, butter, jam, milk, and three types of cereal. Everyday was the same thing, so we didn’t opt in for the breakfast really, but nice to know it’s there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience.

There were holes in the walls and unpainted areas. The bathroom door knob was falling off. Luckily I had a screwdriver in my car and tightened it.

The rooms need to be updated. There were holes in the carpet and walls. The beds were clean and the staff was friendly. For the amount I paid, it wasn’t a very good motel. It was located in central Provo but very old and needs renovations badly.

We have never stayed in such a filthy place in our lives! The rooms are so rundown and disgusting, our door did not shut all the way you could see daylight all the way around the door, old soap in the shower, there was URINE on the toilet seat we had to clean before using!!! We were up there because we needed to be close to our son @ Utah Valley hospital fighting for his life!!! We will never stay at another Days Inn again! It also took 30 minutes to check into our room which is redundant all the way around!!! CLEAN IT UP DAYS INN!!!

Black mold around bathtub. Breakfast was terrible as the juice was watered down a great deal. Very limited breakfast as to be expected but it was very limited and terrible what they did have. Wouldn’t recommend.

The walls are thin and I could hear the lady next door talking on the phone for HOURS nonstop while trying to sleep for two days in a row. Called the front desk to ask them to handle it. Never did and I had to knock on her door. Everyone fights over parking in front closest to the rooms and it’s always full so you’ll have to carry whatever you bring and walk a ways. Everything was falling apart from the walls, doorknobs, a/c, bed frame, coat rack, dirty fridge that made a constant loud vibration noise. The stinky curtains cover the a/c and blows open so you have to stuff them into the window if you can stand the random noise it would make when turning on and off every few minutes. If you’re accustomed to ghetto, you’ll fit right in! I went and looked at the breakfast and no thanks. If you like stale cereal with expired skim milk or making your own waffles out of mystery batter in a cup than have at it

Curtains were falling down. Couch was stained and had holes. Overall, just not in good condition AT ALL. Maybe it was just the one room, but it was definitely not up to standard.
