The staff and manger went above and beyond for me! I had made a mistake on my booking and they went above and beyond to ensure I would be accommodated.

Only complaint was partying noise in the wee hours.

Very disappointing W. I have stayed at W’s all over the world and must say this is the worst. No minibar. Cleaning was atrocious. Basically made the bed badly and left all scattered. Poor room heating. Barely any amenities. Usually W is known for that. For example no shower cap, no toothbrushes, etc. poor lighting in rooms. Etc.

Wow what an amazing hotel. We were there for an IVF process just down the road. Upon finding this out the hotel put a heating pad and a whole basket of comforting snacks and items in our room for support. The hotel is gorgeous and unique-even has a recording studio!

Nice hotel

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it was a little pricey. The W Hotel is in an excellent location. It’s next to the metro so travelling around Toronto was very easy.

The level of customer service from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was top notch! The valet , bellman , check-in , housekeeping, restaurant servers , concierge—everyone went above and beyond . My stay & experience was beyond wonderful . Will be back again .

Our stay was great. I recently had an injury which left my mobility limited. They were so kind and helpful and really made sure we had everything we needed. The space was so clean and beautiful, we loved it. Unfortunately, we had some unruly neighbours who tried to sour our stay but overall 10/10 would definitely recommend!

had a wonderful stay at the W Hotel Toronto. From the moment I arrived, the experience was elevated by the exceptional staff. The manager and front desk team — especially Ruben — were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The Living Room restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service truly stood out. George and Cathy went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. On top of that, the hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Toronto has to offer. A beautiful hotel made even better by outstanding people. I would absolutely return. Nathalie
