My fist time staying and like it very much. Nicely clean and quiet. Also liked the complimentary breakfast.

Although the room was listed as non-smoking it actually must have been a smoking room in the past. We saw a number of cigarette burns on the carpet, one on the stand next to the bed and the odder in the room was noticeably of cigarette smoke. There were no hangers in the closets, and we had to run the water for 15minutes before warm water would finally arrive. We stayed here years ago under different management and were very pleased with it then. This time, the condition, furniture and comfort were significantly down graded from our previous stay.

The place does need a little updating as well as pictures that are more true to the area. A lot of the amenities are not available to use

Pool was nice and warm

I like that there's really no hot water. It was less than one more like cold a little. And that Jacuzzi was out of order. It's not cool.

The only issue I had was that it took a long time to get hot water for the shower

The breakfast buffet was excellent for the price. There are eggs, sausages, granola, yogurt. The area is clean and replenished. For the unit: There was gum stuck on the stained carpet. The sheets and comforter were very clean There is Gum outside on the sidewalk leading to this unit. The front door was deformed and didn't close properly. The unit has thin walls and the ceiling is not reinforced. You can hear every person and animal walking and coughing in the unit above you

I freaking love this place. I cannot say enough good things about it not only is breakfast amazing but there’s an awesome lady that works there! Her name is Maria and she makes some of the best breakfast in the whole world. She actually like takes the time to meet the guests that are staying there and she says hi to them and asks about their day and means it when she asks! Like you could tell she really cares about her job and it is shows!! Plus I mean you can’t beat it you literally it’s like a mini condo you get your own walk up entrance right right up to the room you get a full kitchen that has everything even gives you the dishes and the cups and you get a dishwasher you get a full fridge then you have your living room with the TV and the couch and a cute stool and then you have your the bedroom and you have an awesome bathroom. I mean the only thing that’s bad would be that the hot water Only lasts for like 45 minutes but then if you turn it off and wait five minutes and then turn it back on you get it for another 45 minutes so really it’s like a win-win and it’s basically the same price at the hotel room so why would you bother getting a hotel room when you could just get yourself a mini little apartment condo? I would definitely recommend booking here!! I went here for one night and ended up staying for two months.

The breakfast area I felt bad for the person eon she was by herself and I think she needed help. The place was packed.

This was a surprisingly beautiful spot for the price. Quiet and spacious. Breakfast included didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend on your next trip to Providence.

The staff was very helpful. Our beds were outrageously comfortable. While the rooms were in need of some repair, and the door was super drafty, we had a great time. Bring oven mitts and a baking sheet if you plan to use the oven, otherwise everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied.

The staff was great, but there shower had scum ring and the walls and doors were DIRTY. Carpet stained with cigarette burns and red marks. Someone wiped their nose on the bathroom wall. It was all I could do to sleep soundly. You need to SPRUCE the place up with fresh carpets and baseboards. SOMETHING. It was dank and smelly. Never again

Found bed bugs and checked out immediately. Was told I would be refunded at the desk and still waiting on it.
