Superb hotel, have a lovely stay.

It 's my 4th times staying in this hotel. The front lobby is too old and need an upgrade with the carpets and the sofas. The rest is all good as usual.

This the 2nd time We stayed in this hotel, it was a the whole full week. But unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience tough compare with the first one. Receptions staff definitely not friendly, they need to smile a bit to all the guests, the waiting time in check in process takes ages. The card to enter the lift and room is oftenly not working so has to change the cards till many times during our stay. The carpet in the lobby area definitely need to be renew, it looks very old and dirty. Despite the lack of service in reception, the rest are OK. Breakfast is good, cleanliness in the room is good and superb location.

The location is strategic surrounded by lots of different kind restaurants, so you can easily find what you want for your meal. For whom seeking halal food, there’s one halal stall which sell pizza and panini beside the hotel. The Metro station and RER station also near to the hotel and last but not least the renowned shopping area gallery lafayette & printemp Haussmann only a few step from the hotel. The room was tidy and neat and the receptionist would love to give you best advice on how to explore Paris.

Great location, walking distance to Gallery La Feyette!

Their staffs are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu is more than enough for their affordable rate. The location is near metro station and convenience store. Highly recommended hotel.
