I stay here frequently due to convenience, and pet friendliness. Close to highways, shopping, and dining options. Breakfast is basic with cold cereal, fruit, waffles.

Very nice and affordable.

Shower is filthy and disgusting! Shower leaks all over the floor, shower handle falls off, fan in bathroom is obnoxious, paint in bathroom is peeling off, dirty foot print on clean bath mat. Bed is uncomfortable, no blow dryer, Not enough towels and washcloths in room. No hot water in sink unless you let it run 10 to 15 mins. So dissatisfied!

As new NAU parents we have stayed in several places, but with their easy pet-friendly policy we will be staying at the GreenTree! Easy, friendly, and convenient =)

It was a good place to stay if you have a day full of activities. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. We only needed a bed to crash and this did the job nicely.

Clean quiet vey friendly staff

Don’t let the look of the outside of the rooms fool you. The rooms inside were very cleaned an re-modeled and were very nice!! The only issue we had with our room was that the a/c wouldn’t stay on. We had to keep turning down the temp to get it to kick on. Other than that - no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

3rd time we've stayed here when in the area. Great hotel! Comfortable beds, peaceful, and clean.

Hotel sits against the highway which made it noisy. The comfort was okay - it was cold outside and the door isn't sealed.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and in need of repair. We are seniors, yet they put us in a room on the second floor (no elevator) as far away from the lobby as one could be. Most hotels offering complimentary breakfast offer some pastries. This one only yogurt.

Adjacent to I-40, our room was perpendicular to the interstate & in the middle of the building, 2nd floor (no elevator) but surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff.

Clean hotel — they let us check in early without an extra charge because we were willing to take a room with some freeway noise. We were pleased with the room & service for a 2 day stay while our vehicle was in the shop.

This was a cute place to stay!! My only complaint was I wish there was a cubby or something in the shower to hold your travel stuff that you bring! Other than that, this property was great! Very kind workers, super quiet!

Arrived of check in very late. Management was attentive. Only sketchy was 2 younger kids who did not seem to be apart of the hotel getting near us requesting something and the whole time while doing the check in the followed us into the lobby and was just staring at us and proceeded to get near the window once we exited making me feel uncomfortable, had to move my vehicle as well from the original placement cause was not sure of their intentions.

Front desk girl was very good through and good personality.
