Good hotel and well located closed to airport. The room was clean and big enough for 2 people

Great hotel near lax airport. Convinient and clean. They have airport shuttle as well and that makes life so much easier. Will definitilely stay again next time. Everything is pretty standard for four points hotel. The only down side is the 350 usd drposit which in my experience a bit too much. Selain itu OK.

The breakfast are sucks doesn't worth it for pay 32$. The staff are friendly.

This hotel is convenient to access to the airport. However, I was disappointed that I could not utilize laundry service even though I confirmed the way to request laundry service and left my clothes with the laundry bag.

check in problem, had 2 hours wait to confirm the reservation, and that's after a few efforts to contact agent. The problem was solved afterward

We get the Four Points Hotel at an expensive price but the in-room facilities are inadequate. Not in accordance with the price we paid. It might be expensive just because the location is near the airport
