the night clerk was very helpful. i had a wreck in front of property and she asked could she help in anyway she genuinely concern

The room was not clean. The bed was full of crumbs and dirt. The bathroom was not clean, but the staff was very polite

I took the time. To go through all the pre check in processes, submitted dl photo, entered cc #, to be told they have to do it in site. I had a presentation, WiFi was not working. Contacted front desk they said it was working showed them a speed test, nothing happened to help.

Room was spacious and clean. Check in efficient and staff friendly.

The stay was amazing

The room was updated and clean. The bed was a little firmer than we're used to but we slept well. We were there for one night then back on the road. I can't speak about any amenities. All in all good clean room at a fair price.

Close proximity to everything. Very clean and comfortable room. The staff there were extremely courteous and welcoming. We will stay there again, should we ever have to pass back through Monroe

This is the second time staying here. Rooms have been updated/remodeled, also very clean. Beds are soft and comfortable. Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend! Very affordable and plan to return again!

The staff was very friendly and kind 🙂. . .the room you could tell was newly remodeled also and they had done a very nice job. It was nice, clean, and fresh.

Check in young lady was exceptionally kind and helpful. Good stay.

Worst property

I called them to make sure if they have semi trucks parking they said yes , at the end no truck parking so you guys not supposed to lie

The hotel was ok. The AC was not doing that great of a job and the floors in the room could have been cleaned better
