Very good, early breakfast. Underground, free parking was a plus. The area seemed a bit sketchy. Not many dining options around. There is a Subway shop nearby where we had dinner. Seemed very dead in the area. Not much going on. Everything seemed to close early. There is a restaurant on site but was very expensive. Staff were pleasant and helpful. All our needs were met.

Hotel is nice enough but pool was closed for maintenance for at least 2 weeks. The pool was the only reason we booked this hotel

Not the newest property but... extremely clean, staff is excellent (and even called the room to ensure everything was good), and the price was definitely right! Location is okay and a high room looking over the river or bridge is recommended. I will stay here again over my usual other chain hotel.

Clean room. Close to water

Room was clean and spacious. Shower control knob was loose and almost impossible to adjust but we managed. Mentioned this at checkout for next guests. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel needs a serious upgrade. The parking lot was poor, the revolving door was broken, the pool was broken, there was supposed to be a hot tub, but there wasn't. The room was from the 90's, and the TV service they subscribe to was also from the 90's. It's ok for a one night stay and go, but that's it.

Very warm welcome at check in very efficient

It would been nice to have a little variety with the Breakfast. It was the same everyday we were there. Maybe Bacon instead of sausage everyday. Mix it up a little. It also would of been nice to be able to relax at the end of our day by watching a little TV. It was impossible to watch any channel with ,most of them distorted and unable to see the picture. We asked an employee about it, and we were told that it was the service provider.
