From check-in to check-out our stay was a good experience. The staff was very kind and attentive. We felt like it was a safe area being that there are multiple hotels around. We would stay here again.

Place was clean but tired. The carpet in our room must have a hole, or rip as it was duck taped.

Did not clean room- had to ask for towels when we got back in evening. Not much concern. At check in our toilet ran consistently and husband had to fix. We have stayed here prior but this was the worst! No more Fairfield for us!

There wasn’t an employee at the front desk at all times. Several times we needed things and we had to call out loud to see if anyone was working. We had an issue with the TV and channels. Not all available channels were working. We did report it to the front desk but it wasn’t fixed. We also were expecting our room to be cleaned or at least given new towels. There is a sign in the restroom that if you want new towels leave the dirty ones on the floor and they will be replaced. When we returned to our room nothing was touched. We were not told we needed to notify the front desk if we wanted clean room service everyday.

They don't clean rooms daily, and you are not informed of that at any time. Not t in bathroom tells you to leave towels on the floor if you want them replaced, but they don't check the rooms since they don't clean them.

I cannot believe Fairfiel Inn put their name on this hotel. I am disabled. I asked for a room that could accommodate me. The girl at the counter actually said "its for people that need assistance". Hello, I'm disabled. Then she said she would put me close to the elevator. Nope, last room at the end of the hall. The floor in room 201 had a soft spot in it and this caused me to fall. Fortunately, i fell towards the bed. The carpet at the door was torn and in shreds with a very poorly tape job done. This felt like a roach motel vs a decent hotel with the Fairfield Inn name on it. I will not stay at this hotel again. It looked more like a dumgeon than a hotel. The only area that looked clean and up to date was the stairwell at the end of the hall.

This was probably the worst most expensive hotel room in the history of hotels. Texas Tech weekend and of course all hotels increased their prices. This hotel should not call itself a Marriot. It is old, dirty and uncomfortable.

The luggage cart needed new wheels; it was hard to push and made alot of noise. The room smelled of smoke upon entering. I found a hair in my breakfast that was being served by the hotel. On the morning of ckout, when we we were going to bkfast, housekeeping said they would not go in our room if we were checking out. When we returned from breakfast, someone with a room key opened our door. Good thing I had the latch on. They said “oh, I’m sorry, I thought this room was empty” This Fairfield was substandard.
