On several occasions there was no hot water, the parking was unsafe, another customer hit my car and no one took responsibility, the sink was clogged, I had to change rooms.

Very poor Hotel, even the Beds are falling apart and very dirty

It was a sub standard hotel, maybe because it was old, staff were pleasant, restaurant ok, music in lobby good

The room was barely acceptable clean. The gym was not in service which I was not notified beforehand and was very inconvenient for me, since that was the reason why I booked this place, if I had known I would have stayed somewhere else cheaper. Price was not worth it.

No gym facility opened , elevator was broken and no heat water on the shower …

Our room was “ok “. Have to admit was a lot better last time we were here. Staff were great tho.

Pool had a sign about no alcoholic beverages or food and guest had all that no reinforcement about the policy also people where smoking on the pool area very disgusting… shower towels very limited only 2!!!! No instructions in how to get towels for the pool either !!!!

Unfortunately I couldn’t go this time as I was under extreme pressure to get home (Covid19) and had to skip my stop in Los Mochis. But when I go to Los Mochis I always stay here and have had nothing not exceptional service at an excellent hotel.

Room was Nice, area was safe and food at restaurant was great!
