Good, cheap hotel, very nice rooms with a very unique ambiance. Very friendly staff and an above average complimentary breakfast. Hot tub was quite small, but appropriate for its location. Would absolutely return here.

Room was very clean. Adequate towels were provided for our 2 night stay so we didn't have to go back down to the desk. The desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly & helpful. Gave us some ideas for dining, which was excellent. The pool was very nice. (Clean, perfect temperature & right by our room). Was very refreshing after hiking & sight seeing for several hours. The room was unique, not just your run of the mill

Everything about this little gem was wonderful. We first met Hope when we checked in and she is a true professional. Hope is incredibly nice and resourceful. We took her advice on eateries and she was right. Then on our day to check out, we met Jessica who was also incredibly nice and a great employee.. This place is beautiful, small and quaint but perfect for anyone to stay.

The pool look dirty. Suite very spacious and pretty. Need to cut down the trees in front of the suite so people can view the mountains much better.

Very friendly staff, so many places to go all within a few minutes, and the room was amazing

I love Southwest style and everything was nice. The king mattress felt a little old and lumpy but otherwise great.

Loved this place! The rooms are big, comfortable, clean, and quiet. All the staff I met was super friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the area.

Rooms need updating. Breakfast was to be skipped as it was basic packages type food. Location was on the west end and our stay took us into center area everyday.

Was quiet and clean, easy access to the town and sights.

Excellent location to incredible hiking trails and couple of miles to down town. Safeway and other stores close by for supplies. I would stay again. Free breakfast..

The bed was not comfortable, the sheets were polyester which held in the heat, the shower floor needed a redo. The ventilation system was loud. They try to spruce it up, but it does need an update. Location was nice. Did not use the pool or the hot tub. Breakfast was just OK, coffee was weak. Check in was easy.

Southwest Inn at Sedona made our anniversary special. We plan to come back every year.

Overall great facility for the price I paid. Walkable. Close to some places. Close to some hiking trails.
