Our room did not have a smoke detector in it. It was removed.

Everything was fine

Bathroom tub was blocked with simeone giving bath to a pet. Disgusting experience.

Questionable location but overall it wasn’t bad!

I appreciate that they allowed me to.park my semi at the side of the property.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful . room was cleaned every day and all requests were answered quickly and courteously. Will definitely stay again when in the Decatur area.

We opened the refridgerator and a huge roach crawled out, we eventually killed it. A smaller one was seen in the bathroom. The advertised breafast was less than adequate. It appeared to be less thsn 5 guest so it seems that a decision was made to not prepare very much. A small amount of sausage gravy was seen drying out in the bottom of the pan both days of our stay. There was no orange juice in the machine but a member of thestaff brought out a bottle for guest to serve ourselves which was unsanitary.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and thought maybe I would get lucky. NOT! Roaches in the room and bathroom. I mentioned it to front desk and he was careless. They just don’t care. The coffee maker had a thick crust of dust like it hasn’t been cleaned or used in months or a year. I didn’t dare to eat there, but I did walk by the kitchen area and the only thing working was the waffle maker. Overall gross!

When we checked in there was nobody at the desk. The check in was not friendly, no communication.a friendly greeting would’ve made most things better. We had to ask for towels there was none in the room.

Cockroaches

After a very slow check in, my room card worked once. When I went back to the front desk, they gave me a card. That one also did not work. Next the front desk attendant followed me to the room and manually unlocked the door because they also could not get the door card to work. Instead of moving me to room with a working door, they told me I needed to come to front desk and have someone let me into the room whenever I needed in. A huge waste of time for each of us. Once I was in the room it was dirty; stains on the bedspread, mysterious white powder between the side of the fridge and the cabinet wall, and all the lamps were unplugged for some strange reason.

Check in was great ide paid for room online and she gave us a military discount when we got there. Room was clean but smelled alittle bit musty. Breakfast didnt have the eggs or meat guess we got there to late which was 8am. Overall. I give it a 4 of 5

I found a baby roach in the bathroom the last night in the room and because I was there for a wedding the last couple of nights I had to replace my key 4 times because it kept deactivating

This is the worst holtel in decature il. Roaches everywhere. And pool is broke but they still advertise it works. Ps roaches everywhere

On-line advertises an in-door pool, pool was closed upon arrival. Reserved a room with walk-in shower, upon arrival room had a tub/shower combo. Asked about walk-in and was told none at this hotel! Bed on a metal frame that squeaked every time you moved. Alarm clock made noises all night. Zero extra towels in bathroom, only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person.

I’m going back

Noise, did not get a good nights sleep.

Prepaid with Expedia and was again charged by the hotel for the stay. Out of order mens room. Side doors not locked. Dirty stairway.
