There's no phone signal in my room, neither is it on the entire first floor as it's in a basement. Relied on WiFi. Everything else is great- the food, comfy bed, parking space and good hospitality in general

The Hotel was really nice - a good level of comfort, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The price is very good too!

Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Gave us information about how to validate for parking. Initially I was a little concerned as there was a function happening in the bar area and I could hear a DJ but our rooms were on level 1 and far enough away from the reception area so we didnt hear any noise at all from the functions happening. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and it is easy to get to from the motorway. For a one night stay while visiting the area I would recommend. Room was comfortable, some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom (mildew/mould in some the grout on the tiles over the bath) but nothing to complain about for the price of the rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable and bedding and towels were clean. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel so can't comment on that. Overall I would stay again. Only other issue was there was strong smell of cigarettes and weed in the hallway at times. Not the hotels fault, unfortunately some guests were obviously just too lazy to go outside to smoke, but could have been resolved had a member of staff done just a quick walk around as it was clear whose room it was coming from. Hopefully they've been charged a cleaning fee.

Just one night to see Springsteen in Manchester. The Novohotel was perfect for a cheaper slightly out of city centre location with excellent road links. Havn’t stayed in a Novotel for ages and was not disappointed- excellent even though only for one night.

Really nice place to stay

One night stay - didn’t use the bar or restaurant: Room was ok and had everything we needed , but I really don’t like having no handbasin by the toilet. Quite unhygienic

Great room, excellent value

As usual the room was quiet, clean and very spacious. We have never had a bad night here. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

Good hotel for the price paid , comfortable and clean . Very good breakfast with a variety of options. Fitness room quite good as well . Will definitely stay here again .

The hotel itself was nice, limited beer selection on draft but no issue as there was a pub next door. Corridor was very loud around 1am with guests running up and down it so it woke us a couple of times, but the room was comfortable and good value.

Dirty stained carpets was told that they had been cleaned following a previous client, but a stain is not clean. Latch on bathroom door broken Cupboard door cracked Poor customer service when speaking to the staff regarding about the issues Asked for a room change to be told there aren’t any available which was questionable.

The hotel was at a convenient location. Food at the restaurant was also convenient. Pleasant location.

Property is in a good spot, rooms were clean and tidy if a bit dated. The worst thing was that even though we were on the top floor and at the end of the corridor there was a lot of noise, we were both woken several times by air conditioning, toilets flushing etc, NOT from people but from equipment.
