This hotel features a classic style. It is cozy and beautiful. Conveniently located near the San Francisco Church, the San Francisco Museum, the París-Londres Barrio, the Universidad de Chile, and the subway station, you must taste the hotel bar's amazing Pisco sour!

A really friendly staff as well as better than average breakfast... a really nice bar with friendly staff. The check in staff was accommodating and friendly and the porter staff was attentive and helpful. Good location for close (7 minute walk) to some great bars and restaurants as well as pop-up shops.

Great restaurant even though it was hot in there. The room was nice but the hot water didn't work one day. Also no cable. Just local tv.

Everything was great! Nice, polite, and friendly staff. Location is awesome. The only thing we noticed was on 11th Floor the smell on the corridor like sewage all over that floor but not in the room! The other thing, SPA facility is very limited and don't expect a professional one! Overall we would definitely recommend to stay here.

The lobby is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The room is spacious and clean.

Impecable service. Nice spacious room. Great buffet breakfast. Only negative was some mold on the shower area wall.

Great sized room and comfy bed. Well sound proofed from the traffic outside. Breakfast was great too. Very handy to the Metro and buses. Had a blocked sink in bathroom but fixed quickly.

Smooth Check in and Check out. Room was clean except the washroom was not cleaned from previous Check out, toilet bowl had poo sticking, both sinks were dirty with stuff from the nose, didn't complain to the front desk as we were tired from 20 hour flight and all day sight seeing. Breakfast was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

The location was fantastic for visiting and sightseeing around Santiago. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great full breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel quite close to the old area of Santiago. Very friendly staff, the only thing we didn't like was the overly strong perfume they use in the lobby which was over powering! Other than that it was a little gem.
