It did not have a good smell inside of the hotel and the staff could not understand me therefore, it was difficult getting things that I needed. They had a refrigerator, but no microwave to warm up the food. It was not all that clean and the food was absolutely horrible. The only thing I like was the front desk moment when we first came inside of the hotel.

Hotel had a shuttle and dinner option (for a fee)

Elevator not working Poll area closes at 11pm even if you are not in the pool $10 a day for self parking

This is my third time in this room, the staff's great, the cookies are amazing, and the beds are super comfy! I've already booked another stay.

Hot water was not working. Sheets were dirty. Room smelled like smoke and my suitcase was stolen

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff and shuttle drivers were the friendliest of any hotel Ive ever been too. Very convenient to airport. Breakfast was excellent!

dated rooms with very outdated bathroom and noisy AC. parking with an app is terrible and I will no be staying again because of that.

It’s a great location close to PBI and rental car facilities which is what I look for. Staff is great, professional and just plain nice. I got two cookies from the front desk,which I needs after a long week. It’s an old property and renovations are in order but overall, you can’t go wrong.
