The rooms at the Four Points Sheraton Kalamazoo were not like the photos online. The hotel is old, the decor is old, the whole room was not user friendly. The room setup was not as advertised and lacking. The neighborhood was not dangerous but it was definitely not pretty.

Good accommodations for family and our dog except Saturday night when there was other people on the fifth floor smoking some form of weed product. I was under the impression that all rooms were smoke free. I had difficulty breathing that night due to my asthma and allergies since we were on the 5th floor. Also the coffee was extremely bitter both in the room and down in the lobby.

The computers were down so they could not look up my reservation, I was required to complete some paperwork in order to get my room. I was given a room that was occupied so I had to go back to the desk to get another room. I was complimented with a breakfast voucher and the food was terrible.

Lied to by front desk morning shift, the 2 punks from thr evening front desk making fun of guests. My debit card was charged when i was promised it wouldn't be. Wifi signal so weak couldn't connect to internet. An all around stressful, anxiety filled stay.. my 12 years in Iraq were better than staying there

They gave us a key to a room, twice, that was occupied. They corrected it, after two attempts. Carpets looked dirty. Exterior needed TLC. Staff was as helpful as they could be, just didn’t seem to be run well.

Wifi in my room would have been nice for work. Had to do my zoom from the phone.Turning on the water to take a shower and dirty water came out. Didn't want to take the shower after that. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to call the front desk from my cell. The staff was good to go.

I stayed here a couple years ago. It was better then, when it was a Sheraton property. It's now a Marriott. Problems began before we even arrived, when I received an e-mail to check in early. I went thru the procedure, but the desk clerk said "we don't send those out." OK, but I DO have an email. So we got in. The sleeping room needs a refresh. Completely. Seals were broken on the windows, the toilet wobbled, there's no outlets that are convenient, just a poorly laid out room. Worst in the room was the coffee. One cup worth, but it was HORRIBLE. They put out coffee in the lobby, but it was ice cold at 8AM on a Friday. Yummy. We didn't eat at the restaurant. I won't be back.

I will stay there again. But unlike last year the room I was given had not been cleaned to the standards of the previous year. Found a toothpick on the floor, fortunately not after I stepped on it. Water spots on bathroom faucet. Unmatched towels. But most importantly the door bolt lock did not work.
