Not enough staff. Hard to get a response without going to front desk

They said there was a pool but it was out of order. Filled with dirty nasty water with mold and mildew. The ac was ok. It would get very warm at night. The bathroom was hot because there was no air vent in the bathroom. I was very unhappy.

Tv did not work the whole time is was there. My room smelt horrible like a damp smell. Front desk lady charged me $30 to stay for an extra 2 hrs on checkout day and had a smart remark when I left. Wouldn’t stay there

Our room had a couple issues. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Our cable box was missing so we couldn’t use the TV. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was so low you had to get really close to the shower head or take a colder shower. The price was affordable but I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was great though!

This place was incredibly noisy and has a horrible smell

Pros: Property was clean and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice sized television. Cons: Pool was closed. Was told breakfast was 6-9 Saturday morning but nothing was ready at 6:30. We had an early ball game so we had breakfast elsewhere.

Easy access to food and interstate

Hotel Is Old, Not in Great Shape….Halls Smelled Some, Pool area was Under Construction so couldn’t Use It…Beds were not Comfortable….Breakfast was Decent…For a Quick stay it’s doe-able, would not recommend for anymore than 1-2 Nights

This place smell bad and it was run down and the women was on the phone with her friend and we had to wait until she was done

Pool wasn't open not friendly and ac barely worked just horrible I really wish I could get some reimbursement but I know that's not gonna happen

It was a decent clean stay for 1 night. The front desk staff wasn't friendly.

The tub drain obviously didn’t work, they had it propped open with a bar of soap. That’s gross

Incompetent front desk staffing

Courteous, friendly, efficient check in. Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable beds, thick, fluffy towels. Really nice place to stay

Very clean. Well stocked with towels. AC appropriate upon arrival. With other hotels in the area I didn’t care about the 18-wheelers taking up both sides of the road only leaving enough space for one car to go through.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with breakfast!

Staff and service was excellent. Whatever we needed they did their best to provide.
