The staff was great, but the hotel is old and outdated. While the rooms were clean, the sheets and pillows seemed extremely worn from overuse. They should be replaced, and the rooms need some upgrades.

Comfortable, great location, friendly staff

No estuve mucho tiempo en la propiedad pero el personal fue muy amable, en especial Fernanda de recepción.

The hotel is in a convenient location within a walking distance to several stores and food establishments.

Pague por 3 noches y desayuno incluido pero te hacian pagar tus bebidas, luego pedi un capuccino a mi habitacion y paso una hora y no lo habian llevado cuando llame me dijeron que la maquina de cappuccino estaba mala y que por eso no lo Habian hecho, al menos me pudieron haber avisado para no esperar mi capuccino por una hora, deberian dejar claro lo que se cobra y lo que no en el desayuno incluido, la muchacha que limpia las habitaciones fue muy amable y dejo muy bien mi habitacion

Cleanliness is a problem. Hallways not vacuumed. Ice inconvenient to get. Bathroom not very clean, esp shower (mold and dirty/sticky). I've stayed there once before, and the hotel condition overall seems worse than a year ago.

It was nice food was good staff as well only thing I didn’t like the phone was down every time I wanted to order room service I had to actually go all the way down every time for everything

Bien en general. Solo en mi opinión le falta mas limpieza a los cuartos. En especial a los baños. Habia hongos en la regaderas en las orillas de la puerta de cristal.

The hotel passes if you need to stay in this area but would not necessarily recommend. They don't use hand towels nor wash cloths and only use full size towels. I had to ask for a floor towel and would not replace when cleaning the room. Trash was still on flow and carpet seemed dirty.

No towels in room. No iron. Took forever to get towels. A/C doesn’t cool enough

El desayuno está rico, el lugar en general se ve viejo, los baños no tienen buena condición en se estanca el agua y se tapan…no me quedaría o recomendaría este hotel.
