The day we checked into our room, we only had 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. We found not one, but two cell phones in the room that were recording video (parking lot and room). Lipstick kiss mark on the etched glass, carpet in the hallways to the room very dirty and never cleaned. The same French fry staying in the floor our entire 5day stay. We requested housekeeping two separate days/times but the room was never cleaned the entire trip, though extra towels were provided. After we asked, we were told housekeeping every 4 days or on request (day before) but this was never done. I’m glad the cost was low but you get what you pay for. No amenities at all and dirty rooms and hallways.

Clean room, nice staff, quiet room even with the airport and traffic. Had a broken bulb in one lamp, and one tv didn’t work.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Airport, and the area is excellent. The room I got was big, but it needs a remodel. The rug is outdated.

The staff were great, the price was economical, but the building is tired and in need of a full renovation. We had (3) calls to the desk regarding non-operable equipment and shortage of supplies. The staff were great,and responded quickly, its time is about up as far as the building goes.

Found a weed/vape pen in the room. So either housekeeping didn't think it was worth removing or they fired one up.

Staff accommodation was excellent for a 2nd day stay.

I'd love to give this a five, but the internet service there was un-usable. Waaaaaay too slow and intermittent for my entire 7 day stay. I had to use my cell phone and tether in order to join conf. calls for work. Property itself is not bad. A little dated, but again, not bad. It used to be a Shilo Inn, which is one of the PNW's better hotel brands.

The room was huge, but it is on the older side and needed some repairs.

Property was decent, but the bathroom cleanliness could be better as it was not cleaned properly.

Checked in late and unexpected due to flight delay, staff was great and accommodating.

I booked a last minute reservation at this hotel. It’s very close to the PDX airport. The room was very spacious.

Great location. Clean, some maintenance needed. Price was great. Bed comfortable, I asked for 3:30 wake up call, she called at 4:20 and excuse she was busy.

Room was huge for the price. There were three sinks… bathroom, kitchenette, and one by the entrance not really sure why. Two TVs, one by the couch and one in front of the bed. Only thing is the clock and telephone look like they’re from the 80s.

Need to clean better. The halls are not vacuumed regularly enough in my opinion. Also found spider in my room on 2 occasions.

Clean and pretty quiet!

Previously this was the Shilo Inn, the rooms are very spacious and enjoyable. Furniture is older but still in decent shape. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, the bathtub base itself was old and very shallow. Restaurant was currently under renovation, they did offer coffee at the front desk.

The room was ok, but it smelled like mildew and you could hear everyone else around you! I barely got any sleep. The staff was unprofessional but nice.
