Staff was amazing! Given the price we got what we paid for. Definetly afforodable

Don't stay here if you can help it...first night I had strange people in my room with my son and service animal... second night the people in the room next to me kept banging on the walls...third night the cops were arresting someone outside the windows...hallway always smelled like pot or cat pee..and every night I had to go get my room key reactivated. Total waste of money...big d**g hotel.

The AC didn't work, and it was super loud, a few feet from the freeway—a stinky motel.

So for a place to sleep and shower it was just ok. The staff was very nice and they are trying to make it a nice place. Would not stay there again

It was almost like they cleaned the room right before I arrived because all I could smell and taste was their cleaning solution which to me was very distinct and real unpleasant. The hallway was real strong smelling of cat urine. The shower sprayed the wall (leaked). There weren’t any complimentary shampoo or conditioner which I found surprising. I was grateful they were accommodating to my dog! Which reminds me, he was frightened by the smoke detector that kept going off all night with a low battery that was never tended to. I would have to say I can’t complain too much being it was a last minute decision/booking on such a busy weekend and being one of the cheapest places available.

CLEAN ROOM. COMFY BED. NICE LINENS. CLEAN AND PRETTY QUIET. FRONT DESK WAS FRIENDLY AT CHECK IN. I STAY HERE EVERY QUARTER FOR WORK.

Usually at a hotel at this price point customer service lacks, but that was not the case here at all. I was able to check in an hour early without any hastle. If the room wasn’t ready then I would have waited. Everything worked as it should.

I was sad to see there's no fridge and no microwave or coffee pot. This was new for me.

The staff are very friendly and eager to help! A boon to these weary travelers!

The place stinks! I can and have stayed about anywhere. The stench in the place was beyond my standards. The guy that checked me in was indifferent at best. I'm glad my wife was not along.

It was good for what I paid for the room.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. I needed extra blanket so took from second bed. No frig or microwave but that was ok with me. Convenient location near Packer Stadium.

Terrible service will not refund your security deposit unless you call three times in 10 days following stay and file a formal complaint

Wish I could say you get what you pay for. The doors are all hallow core and don't seal at the top and bottom. Everything that happens in the halls is immediately heard in the room, woke up a few times thinking someone had broken in and it was just someone coming or going. Curtains are also not black-out so the parking lot lites reflect off of it and back into the room. With the noise and the light it's basically impossible to sleep. Saw police loitering in the parking lot every other time I went into the parking lot. Hallway also has a smell to it. This place is barely maintained. Canceled my reservation after one night and got a different hotel.

This is a very old run down property. The building smelled like cig and cannabis smoke. There seemed to be a lot of people just lingering around the property. We didn’t feel entirely safe. I would not suggest this property
