My secretary booked this stay for me and called the morning before to confirm what I needed to bring for check in, what time, ect. When i go to the hotel, even through the room had been paid for a week in advance, the staff wanted an additional $50 for "Incidentals" even though they could not tell me what the $50 was for. Since I didn't have the company credit card, I was not allowed to stay even though I had already paid for the room. I ended up driving on to my next destination and loosing the $117 I paid for the room. I will never book with expedia or this hotel again. Better to deal directly with the hotel. Buyer Beware, the price you pay up front is not the price when you get there.
