Great place. Comfortable and quiet. Too bad the pool was in repair. Otherwise all was good.

The rooms were clean and big enough for us too bad swimming pool was out of service which sucked cause I had 7 children with us

The beds and pillows were so comfortable.

Very noisy, kids running back and fort down the hallways til late at nite, people arguing loud at nite, coos come over often

Pool, hot tub and sauna were all closed. We booked a 2 queen suite and were given a king suite. Remotes did not work with tv. There were 3 in the room and coffee supplies were for 2. Kleenex was not replaced. You should not have to constantly call front desk. Breakfast and bar service was amazing.

We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to that alot. We had someone with us that was handicapped and they were painting lines in the parking lot and we could not park close to the door. That is very disappointing and not very accessible at all. The 6th floor lounge area was nice. It is very much in the industrial area of the city.

It was clean, great stay.

The room was clean. Overnight was peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting!!! DO NOT STAY here. Expedia did nothing to rectify the situation.

Nice place for a good price

We paid for a night stay in full only to get to the hotel and are told that we didn't have a booking. Even though we booked and paid and showed them proof they said they did not have a booking. To add insult to injury they said they were fully booked and well have to make arrangements somewhere else. All this at 11pm at night with no regard to where we would go instead. This was a very horrible experience and will never book at this location ever again.
