The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The issue was that their was no heat in the room, they tried to fix the unit, but the problem was not resolved. They were unable to move us out of the room that night because no rooms was available until the following day. I was not happy with that situation. I spoke with the management on site about what happened, he told me about how the ac works and it normally reaches 85
degrees which it did not reach that temperature in either of rooms. I started in room 619 and ended in room 830 both required extra blankets because the rooms were really cold. I feel that I should be compensated at lease for one night by expedia because of the inconvenience of enduring, how cold the rooms were.
