Excellent stay and a wonderful experience. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the kind farewell when leaving. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the attention to detail can be seen throughout the entire property. Its location is also excellent, being close to almost everything, including restaurants, cafés, and major attractions, making it very convenient to get around. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality.

The pictures do not reflect reality. The rooms are very dirty and old. In my room there was black mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The shower was in a terrible condition. The floor in the room was dirty and bottom parts of the walls too. Drinking water is provided in reusable bottles which are dirty. This is not a 5 star hotel anymore! I would recommend avoiding this place. Only positive thing is the breakfast - was tasty and with a good selection.

This is great hotel in the nice city area however my low stars explained by inconvenient bathroom room: combination of shower with toilet and the separate part with the sink/mirror without door. Also I would mention low maintenance which also applies to the bathroom area as the room itself is great and clean. Very good breakfast. Good location. Friendly reception people.

This was a very disappointing experience, primarily due to how poorly the front desk handled a basic check-in situation. I was incorrectly told that I must have received a physical tourist form when entering Chile and that I would face issues leaving the country without it. They needed that form so I wouldn’t have to pay the 19% tax but I didn’t have one since some airports are now handling it digitally. This is outdated and inaccurate information. Instead of verifying or acknowledging that procedures have evolved, the staff doubled down and treated the situation as if I was being dishonest. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, creating an unnecessary scene in the lobby. One of the employees even asked if I enter the country legally😂 A manager later stepped in and handled things more appropriately, but the damage had already been done. First impressions matter, and this was a bad one. The premium room itself also falls far below what is advertised as “premium.” The furniture feels cheap, the bathroom is outdated, and the overall condition is not what you would expect from a 5-star property — it’s much closer to a 3-star experience. To make matters worse, the workspace is not functional. The desk is too low for the chair provided, making it uncomfortable — and realistically unusable — for anyone trying to work from the room. Between untrained front desk staff, poor handling of guests, and underwhelming room quality, this hotel does not deliver on its positioning. I would not consider staying in this hotel again.

We had two back-to-back bookings through 2 different platforms and emailed the hotel 5 months prior to merge them so we wouldn’t have to change rooms. It was confirmed, and confirmed again when we checked in. We were shocked to discover that one night our keys stopped working. When we went to the front desk to ask we were told that our second booking was unpaid and had to be resolved. We had paid for it 5 months ago and had already checked in, after they had confirmed that our bookings had been merged. Also, since we had a super early flight in we hung out in the lobby for a long time before we could get our keys and the front desk staff member (the same person who checked us in and confirmed our bookings had been merged and we wouldn’t need to change rooms, only later to tell us it was unpaid and asked us to pay midway through our stay) didn’t mention anything. It didn’t make any sense at all. Granted, we booked through an intermediary (both our bookings were), but it’s strange their system didn’t reflect the correct status. Confirming that everything was taken care of, only to later lock us out and claim we hadn’t paid was not only very inconvenient since we had a busy schedule, but also absurd on so many levels. I emailed the team back (who had initially confirmed both our bookings were all set), only to be told I had to contact the booking platform and the hotel couldn’t help us at all. That logic falls apart since we’d paid the platform, so the hotel should seek payment from the platform, not the client directly. If the client can’t ask the hotel directly for help or clarification, then the hotel shouldn’t ask the client directly for payment - everything’s handled by the intermediary, right? Shirking responsibility when it’s inconvenient but overstepping the boundary when it’s beneficial isn’t a professional way to do business.
