Great location, in front of Costanera Center, and within walking distance from many restaurants.

Gostaria de mencionar o excelente atendimento em nossa chegada com o Sr. PAUL na recepcao, om sorriso constante e interessado realmente em nos bem receber. Infelizmente, nao podemos falar o mesmo dos atendentes da recepcao no Domingo, e no equivoco no restaurante no cafe da manha, em que foram retirados os alimentos antes do horario que nos foi informado na duracao do cafe. Informaram duracao do cafe ate as 12horas, e comecaram a retirar os alimentos as 11h. Apos verem o equivoco, voltaram os alimentos, mas alguns hospedes ficaram visivelmente constrangidos.

OK this time around everything was great (thanks to Paul). Although I was not upgraded, I was finally put in a room where both the internet connectivity and the television was working properly. The only hiccup is on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to finish at 12:00 pm. When I arrived at 11:30, the little hot food that was left was cold and the staff had already put half of the breakfast food away. They should tell people that breakfast really ends some time before 11:30 instead of 12:00 PM.

I was getting discouraged about this hotel and was literally going to give it low score and a terrible review mainly due to the intermittent internet connections after moving twice and non-functioning televisions. However, there was one hotel staff member that completely changed my perspective whose name was Paul. He literally went out of his way above everyone else to make sure my week long stay as was what I expected as a NH Collection Platinum member and succeeded in resolving the issues I had with the internet.

Everything was perfect until I changed rooms. The internet was fast but intermittent with frequent disconnects. It was extremely difficult to maintain consistent connectivity during conference calls.

Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel, was somewhat run down in the room and dirty. The room was spacious though. Service wasn’t that inviting or friendly. The lobby was nice. They said they charge $15 an hour for early check in but they said they didn’t have a room ready until 3PM, they didn’t seem busy AT ALL so we were skeptical about that. We went during off season too and I doubt they were booked to capacity because we barely saw anyone there. Our flight arrived at 5AM and couldn’t check in by 3PM but they let us leave our luggage there. We were pregnant and with a toddler. Overall was okay but would book a different hotel next time.

The room was ok, showing a bit of wear and age. The big window was nice. Check-in wasn't great, I had to wait until exactly 3 pm to check into my room, even though the room was likely ready beforehand. When I asked about Expedia Gold and VIP benefits the staff looked at me like I was from a different planet. Location is good, but there are better, more friendly hotels nearby.

Great location, next to the shopping center, next to a great fum, next to great restaurants, and in walking distance to San Cristobal park for walking and jogging.

The Hotel was very conveniently located and the main lobby area was really great. The food and drink were not expensive. However the rooms and else where in the hotel were very tired and in need of modernisation And the railings in the lifts were smeared I felt I couldn’t hold onto them. Our room was clean but there were chips out of the table and the area around the sink in the bathroom was chipped also. The swimming pool however was great and we really enjoyed swimming after a days sight seeing. The shower rooms were a bit old and worn . All said though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santiago and very much looking forward to coming back to the hotel . It was unfortunate that there was a country wide power cut in the middle of our stay although the hotel had there own generator so we weren’t out of power for too long well done

Upon arrival at 11 pm, after a long trip, I was informed at the reception of this hotel that there was no room available for me. Note, I had done my check-in through a link provided by the hotel 2 days earlier, where I was even assigned room 701. I was then transferred to another, where in the next morning I was told the truth. My room was given to somebody else coming in a big group in a cruise, completely different from the excuse I received before. I travel constantly around the world, more than 150 nights per year in hotels. In the last month alone I was in Australia, Thailand and Singapore. Never I have been treated with such a low level of respect and complete lack of professionalism. This is a hotel to be avoided at all costs.

Lobby is stunning, room was run down. Noisy even on 16th floor. Pool was ok but only 4 chaise lounges. Mold in shower, peeling paint on ceiling, hole in duvet cover. Mostly upset about the $26usd cab ride the front desk arranged… uber charged $8 for return trip.

It was very good and met our needs, Breakfast and dinner, so-so, nothing out of the ordinary.
