Cleanings and location

Some area could be outdated but the room is modern enough to meet my needs. Quite inside the room and wont hear any noise from nearby rooms. Breakfast is good too. Easy parking and location is great! Overall 4.5 stars.

Wonderful stay! Everything was great! I would highly recommend. The buffet breakfast was super satisfying. Loved it!!

Great experience

The Crowne Plaza is alway our go to when we travel to Sojo Spa in New Jersey. Not as pricey as the stay at the Spa and it’s close by. The room was clean and comfortable and the king size bed was comfortable as well. Oh and thanks to Ann Marie at the front desk for my great check in experience she was very nice and appreciated how she handle my check in 😌

Very quiet and clean.

The front desk ladies were very nice. Upon check in I was asked did I want to be eco friendly and skip house keeping. I agreed and was told to call if i needed towels or anything. When I asked housekeeping for soap the middle age Hispanic lady was very rude but the elder lady was nice. Mind you I emptied my own garbage daily and maintain ed my own room. My fault. Next time I will opt in to them cleaning up behind me. The hotel can use some updates especially with the bathrooms and televisions.
