Overall a good stay. Checking in, told there was breakfast, but wasn’t told about the cost. We had an assessable room, which was fine, but the bed was too soft. We made it work, but not the best for our back. Stayed here in the past and that why we returned.

Very comfortable and kind staff

I liked the overly friendly and polite employees. I had no dislikes during my stay and was highly satisfied with my experience. Everyone was helpful and very helpful

Amazing

Super Bowl night and you would think the poor woman would not be the only one taking care of food, bar and food counter! Poor staffing !

The air conditioning was extremely loud and had a high pitch whine which made it hard to sleep.

Hotel is old and rooms smell bad due to old carpets and bad cleaning.Be aware They charge entra 17 dollars for parking an extra 15 dollars for breakfast.

The staff are super friendly and the rooms are spacious.

One night for work in Orlando. Perfect place for work trip and shuttle to and from airport is excellent

We had a cruise booked leaving Port Canaveral on a Sunday. We’d be flying in on Friday night and mainly wanted a hotel with an airport shuttle and a nice pool for relaxing the day before. A winter storm in Alabama changed our plans so we ended up driving all night Thursday and arriving around 3am. Adding an extra night was no problem, they made note of our late arrival so no one would bother us, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Parking was relatively inexpensive and I loved being able to do it through my phone. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

came in late due to plane problems. It was nice to have 24hr shuttle service. Not all places do so check that if you are running late.

The property was great, easy to navigate. Huge, the pool was amazing! We never had to leave if we didnt want to. The rooms could use a deeper more thorough cleaning... dust and grime in random places... we black lit the bathroom and ended up scrubbing it ourselves before using.

Old building bot updated. Bar is bad... not good drinks ... no a barman. Perdon just served the drink withouth mixing it... food very bad. I pay $30 for a box peptobismol for eating there

We were told we would get a call when our room was available and never did. Issue with shuttle time as well.

The staff is amazing.

We stayed here for one night before catching a flight back home. The hotel room was spacious, but run down and the couches were stained. But we were only there for one night, so we didn’t care much about the cosmetics. Unfortunately, my daughter woke us up in the middle of the night seriously ill and had to be taken to the hospital. When we turned on the lights, we found a bug in her bed, we squished it so we aren’t sure what it was and found a cockroach under her crock. We ended up having to take her to the hospital, so that took priority over complaining to management and changing our room. The picture of the cockroach is a screenshot from the video. Again, we were dealing with this while trying to get her ready to take her to emergency. So dealing with this was not our top priority. When I brought it up to the front desk in the morning, all they said was they would tell management. Stay away!

The room was smelly and dirty. Very disappointed.

Very friendly and accommodating. One night stay to catch GoPort to the cruise ship. Breakfast a bit pricey.
