When you have a customer who is trying to check in at 3pm for a 4 day stay and you have the nerve to continuously label it as an “early check in,” then saying you have the room available but because it’s 3pm and check in is 4pm it will be a $25 fee, that is ludicrous and horrible customer service. So you have the room, it’s not being used, I not only paid for 3 nights but also paid for another room for 3 nights, I’m a diamond member, and you’re telling me I have to pay to check in at THREE O’CLOCK?! Get your act together Hilton. Money isn’t everything, have some integrity.
