Good breakfast, clean building

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast looked good and the menu changes each day for 3 days. We would stay again. Location was good and lots of parking.

A great place to stay for a few days while in Edmonton. A good free breakfast and a decent room.

This place has bedbugs. —-——— Upon arriving, our room floor was insanely sticky. We thought maybe it was excessive cleaner.. but after finding a BEDBUG infestation in our bed (several visible bugs) we deemed this hotel disgusting. Don’t stay here- not clean at all. Booked 5 nights, stayed for 1. Left at 1:30 am after waking up to bugs crawling in the sheets and on the blanket. Overnight desk employee was insanely rude to us when we came down about the bed bugs- even tried to tell us they were not bed bugs. Only nice employee was the security guard who actually informed us that THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Also a ton of people living on the mainfloor, with doors open. Terrible.

The hotel itself worked well for our week stay. Breakfast was consistent and yummy but there wasn’t much variety. The rooms were ok as well but could have used a more thorough cleaning. The only issue was that housekeeping never came during the entire stay. We were only told at check out after I asked why housekeeping never came in that we had to request it. We had overflowing garbage, no more towels, beds unmade and sheets not changed. Housekeeping should be automatic every other day or even every two days. I would stay here again but would be sure to request housekeeping every other day. Key cards could use an upgrade as they stop working often. Lastly, do t forget your bug spray. Lots of mosquitos in Edmonton.

The place is clean and the rooms were okay. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and well attended to. Also noticed that the staff were very friendly and attentive. However.... be very careful about parking your car here. We unfortunately had a very expensive car part stolen from our vehicle while it was left overnight. It's obviously not the hotel's fault but better security and proper lighting could help a lot. Definitely watch where you park to avoid this kind of thing happening to you.

Decent place to stay for a decent price. Room was a bit dated and not the cleanest. Breakfast was very good.

The aircon won't work. Its super hot.

Very clean , pleasant room, very comfortable size, minor problems with key card, but ice overall. Nice full breakfast!!

Room was nice; bed was comfortable. recently updated- better than the photos! Enjoyed the breakfast! Had a waffle maker and French toast. Had to eat in the breakfast room for regulations, which is fine; you just can’t take coffee to-go on your way out. Staff at check-in suggested to park in the front. Saw some people loitering around the back of the hotel at night, but the overall area and parking in the front seemed secure/safe. Easy and quick check-in as well!

We arrived after a 3-hour drive, and while I was grabbing the bags, my son ran in to use the restroom. The front desk clerk refused to let him, stating it was for guests only, and completely ignored my son's explanation that we were staying there. As a result, my son had an accident, and I was stuck doing laundry in the middle of the night. Thanks for that! The only saving grace was that the room itself was clean, but the front desk service was incredibly disappointing.
