Great room. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Really rundown looking hotel. There is no elevator and it's just a really dated looking place. Service okay and the room was fine but overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Had trouble with the shower, not much pressure and couldn’t get it to work

Unfortunately, the water issue is huge. We could not shower when we arrived. It simply would not work. Many guest had no hot water or no pressure to shower. Ours was fixed but we were not able to use the one service that was much needed for our stay.

Being that I don’t travel often, it is nice to find a place that is so comfortable to be when you are away from your own home. Will use again when possible on trips.

Got in late and staff was very understanding and friendly. Room was clean and bed was very soft.

The staff was very accommodating!

Service desk person didnt care about gas smell when told about it. Said there was no gas on property. Then later said fire company was there earlier. And when talking to him he couldnt take his earbuds to let him know it smell like gas on second floor.

We stayed here one night between two full days of driving. Our kids were looking forward to swimming after a long day in the car. Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed for cleaning. Our kids were very disappointed. I think the hotel could have notified us of this ahead of time as if we had known the pool would be closed we would have stayed elsewhere.

This was a quick stop on a longer trip for our family. They offered a room with three queen beds which was great for our larger family.

The pool was closed along with the hot tub.

The heater clicked all night. Had to turn it off. Did not sleep and the only reason I booked a room was to quietly study before a licensing exam, so it was a huge waste.

Another great stay. This hotel is becoming our go to spot.

Solid place for a good value

Everything was decent. Was hopeing for breakfast variety.

Always a great place to stay

We were on our way home from a longer drive. We needed a place to stay for the night due to the bad winter weather conditions. The staff were very nice. The hotel seems to be recently updated. We were on the first floor near the lobby. It was relatively quiet considering they were working on keeping the parking lot safe to drive on and walkable. The staff working in the lobby tried to keep the sidewalks cleared when not helping guests. The pillows were comfortable. The bed was firm, but not too firm. The shower pressure was okay. The bathroom was clean (even had a fan). The room had lights behind the bed frame and tv area. Breakfast was good. They had it ready right before 6am.

Tesla charger across the street and right off the highway- wonderful!

My brother and I meet here to get our family's together! The room was great, beds were comfortable, sheets clean, bathroom clean with plenty of towels, the service/staff, free breakfast , housekeeping were so nice and workable with your needs, the pool, it was all better then one would expect for the price! Also Pet/Service animals Welcome

We come to visit our daughter who lives within walking to the hotels. We usually stay at wingate but decided to try this hotel and we really liked it! I wasn’t sure if they have coffee all the time in the Lobby or not but the hotel was very comfortable.
