All Thats goods , very2 happy and nice room

The hotel's location is quite good, about 400 meters from Jordan Station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable especially since we had our child with us at the time. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Booked a non-smoking room, but the toilet always reeks of cigarette smell. Exposed to secondhand smoke in the room itself. Room ventilation and design is bad too.

Artsy Hotel, the hotel design so lovely. Edgy! Location is best! Near Jordan MRT, Kai Kai Dessert and many more. There's also Sevel & McD 24 hours nearby. If I have chance to visit HK again, I would love to stay at Eaton again. Also, for Hongkong hotel standar, their room so spacious, enough for couple traveller.

We came very early in the morning, although we couldn't check in, the staff offered us to have refreshment at their gym and we went there for a shower 😁. Thank you! The cleanliness is also super. Their towels are very clean & the room has no smell at all. Kudos for Eaton! 😍

The hotel is strategically located, clean, friendly staff, and suitable for families. There is a food court downstairs so eating is easy.

The staff was very friendly, easy to check in and check out. You can leave your bag while waiting for your flight. Near the bus station. The room is quite small but still comfortable. Clean bathroom. Housekeeping service is so nice. Good soundproofing.

During my 4-night stay at Eaton Hotel, I was truly impressed by the comfort and service provided by this hotel. The staff here mostly speak English, making communication easy. On my first day at the hotel, I was given an early check-in at 9 AM, allowing me to use the room right away to shower and rest. The hotel is also close to an MTR station and a bus stop. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel within walking distance, and a 7-Eleven is just across the street. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was equipped with a smart TV that allowed access to Netflix. Additionally, 2 liters of bottled water were provided daily, along with tea, coffee, and a fridge. The bathroom was well-stocked with soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The hotel also provided power adapters compatible with Indonesian plugs. The 17m² room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases alternately, along with one cabin-size suitcase in the hallway near the bathroom. There was no bidet in the toilet, but the shower could be used for washing. I really appreciated the housekeeping service for tidying up my room every day, ensuring it was always neat and clean when I returned. I was also delighted to receive a late check-out extension until 2 PM. One day, I will definitely return to this hotel.

recommend, for small families with one child, location is strategic near food place and MTR station, the room is comfortable clean and quiet spaces for 2 adults 1 toddler and 2 pax big luggage, the elevator lift not to long to reach 20th floor, I recommend for next stay in Hongkong

Eaton HK is located strategically in Tsim Sha Tsui with vibrant art deco vibes. It was a very wonderful experience for every vacation either couples or family with kids. The room was nice and clean. There was a pool at the top of the building. There were also several foodcourts if you want something to eat

Good place, good food hall, clean and comfortable. Near shopping and night market.

The room is not that spacious but I love the ambiance and the staff are very helpful and stand by anywhere, especially at the lobby Ground floor. The room is clean and we have everything we need. Super near with 7/11 you can see it once you reached lobby. But if you want to take MTR, you need to walk down first to Jordan station. All good, we enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel itself is very modern, the staff are friendly and very accommodating, the food is very good and has a variety to choose from, the room is clean and spacious, easy access to MTR and easy to locate. Will definitely stay again.
