Excellent hotel! Convenient to Northwestern Hospital!

My wife and I stayed here for over a week due to our son being in the hospital nearby. The staff was amazing. They let us know about a discounted room rate for hospital guests. The location of the hotel is ideal for this, but also would be great for people visiting Chicago. Its steps away from great food and shopping right in the heart of the city.

It’s convenient to hospital and shopping but the checkin staff was terrible like he’s on drugs and the room was too cold as well.

Stay was good!

The room was great. However the shower backed up and flooded which led it to backing up into the bath tub as well.

An extra $100 hidden charge for “amenities” like water, coffee, and use of the gym is ridiculous. Elevators were super slow. Don’t book here.

We had a 7 hour drive and The person at the front desk was very friendly and communication with him was a 💯⭐'s We love to come comeback!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THE GIRL AT THE OFFICE IN FRONT HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. IN ADDITION, THEY CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA HOTEL.COM SHOULD REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM THEIR APP

Very pleasant stay

Hotel was exactly what we needed. Location is very central. Mathew at the front desk was nothing short of amazing. What a lovely guy and very attentive. The only negative would be it would have been nice to have a breakfast, however they do have a great coffee bar in the foyer. Would definitely stay again.

At first impression hotel was very nice. At night it was loud room next door was very poorly insulated. People there didn't do anything unusual but it was all audible. Water was cold as ice we couldn't take a shower. Informed front desk, noone showed up.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and parking was right across the street! 20 steps to the magnificent mile. Would recommend!
