The hotel is nice, the room was great, the bathroom and shower were very good but lacking a vent fan. Downsides, valet parking is almost $50 per night—look for a good garage for rates 90% cheaper—and the room made all sorts of noises throughout the night. Staff were friendly and the location is convenient to downtown.

The staff were exceptional. I particularly appreciated the front desk staff Carla, Devon and the doorman.

I’m fashion designer was in Dallas to showcase my brand. My stay was great the front desk lady was very nice was able to check me in early. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. My room was amazing a suit had everything I needed much space. Relaxing no noise

We had a comfortable and excellent stay

Comfortable and clean. Traffic noise was bad but they do provide ear plugs.

It was a clean hotel that seemed well kept. It's older, so we did have to yank the bathroom door shut, but they are mid renovations as well. The rooms are a little small, so not for you if you're looking for space. Lovely hotel, located in the middle of everything, kind staff, and easy check in and out. We will be back!

Beautiful Hotel under renovation when we were there. Rooms were cozy and clean. Close to much of what Dallas has to offer.

It was very clean and service was wonderful! Definitely an old hotel; the elevator felt old and uncertain it would make it but other than that, it was very nice.

The property was under construction, had I known I wouldn’t have booked. The entire stay I had to walk through a construction site.

The exterior has scaffolding as it is undergoing renovation which I was not aware of. Once I walked inside, I realized it was just the exterior. It is a lovely hotel.

We had a vreat stay, cool old hotel, room set ups were a bit winky due to the pld building but still nice

Property is old school hotel that is undergoing renovation to modernise and add character, renovations were not intrusive. There are ear plugs provided, so obviously noise is an acknowledged issue. Maybe double glassing would have been a good investment as part of the renovation. The food at the restaurant is ok, a bit greasy and some options were not available like no milk for coffee, just oat and maybe soy available. Not a bad place to stay a few nights

Despite the outside construction a very pleasant experience

Hotel put a $750 hold on my card that froze up my bank account for the whole trip and the charge didn’t lifted from my account until the week after checkout. Done booking hotels w/ expedia
