My room never was cleaned after my first night. Trash was left in the trash cans. Also I asked for towels and was told they didn't have extra.

Had to wait to check in my room, wasn’t any available. Paid extra for my reservation to get breakfast front desk couldn’t explain how the breakfast ticket worked. The only plug in the bathroom has a short so couldn’t blow dry hair for more than 3 seconds at a time. Shower door was hard to slide. Just expected better from Sheraton

The lady (didnt get her name though I wish I wouldve, bc she deserves a shout out) who checked us in saw we probably needed more beds than just the 1 king bed we had reserved and offered to switch us to a 2 queen room! The initiative she took to ensure we were comfortable was beyond appreciated! She also actually conversed with us like we were 1 of her personal "guests", NOT just another "customer"! After, the long day of travel we had, we were grateful for this warm, caring, and friendly demeanor. On the flip side the room was dirty. Floors turned the bottoms of our white socks literally black after walking on them, for even an hour! Shower floor dirty and had black hairs all over it! It looked like the only "cleaning" the housekeepers did after the last customer was changing linens! Which linens brings me to yet another problem....the room only had 3 towels! For 3 adults and 1 child to shower. I asked multiple times for more towels! Never got them! So finally after asking 3 times and waiting 2 hours I had to walk around hotel to find a housekeeper, NEVER found 1. Which was not surprising considering the lack of cleanliness in the rooms!

Staff was professional and friendly my room was clean. My only complaint is the rainfall shower. I don’t like them unless they have a separate nozzle to use

The room I was in was just the way I like very clean.

Micah checked me in and made sure I got my request. This is my home away from home and they make you feel like family.

Hotel was nice. Check in was 1500. We arrived at 1600 and had to wait as the room was not ready

Very clean room! Staff member that checked us in was very kind! Cleaning staff next morning were kind and greeted us as we walked by.

They have done an excellent job with the remodel. This property used to be a hotel we avoided.

Inexpensive bar prices and very comfortable mattress

There wasn’t any soap in our room, but the front desk found one and brought it to us… also, the water pressure was terrible

The suite was not ready at 3pm, we were abl to get in the room at 6pm finally but had to be at an event at 7pm so this gave limited time to get ready. The room was booked for 3 people but only had linen for 2. There was a blow drier bag but no blow drier. The kitchen smelled horrible as if there was a dead rat. They only have one key card starting they didn't have enough card keys. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets like not properly cleaned. The property room looked good and recently updated. There was plenty of room to place clothing for 3.

My wife can I stayed 1 night - first room smelled so bad of cleaner we couldn’t sleep in it, the second room some better- only had one bath towel for 2 people, the saftety lock on our door didn’t work, tried to make coffee but couldn’t move coffee pot to see how to use the maker, the water pressure in shower was sooo low, there is a viewing mirror in the room but NO light to see with it. Very disappointed!

I loved everything about this property.
