Stayed here 3yrs ago, property / rooms were in much better shape. Staff, amazing, location very good, food and drink wonderful! Will find another option next year.

I was charged $64 to check in 3 hours earlier even though the room was already available. Felt like a scam to be honest. 3rd time I stayed in this hotel in less than a month. I was shocked they would charge me for an early check in.

Safe area, very clean rooms, you had a mall 100 feet away with almost everything. Hotel has an atm machine right outside. Plenty of hotel shuttles to take you everywhere. I give this hotel 5 star's.

Unfortunately, though I do like the hotel and the pool and spa and the rooms are nice, but I have to warn anyone who stays there that anytime you bring a friend or someone even if you wanted to do business in your room, you have to pay $40 extra whether it’s male or female And whether you have them stay 30 minutes or two hours they insist of charging you $40 for each person which is outrageous and unfortunately, since I am even a member of the NH collection system, I will never ever go to this hotel again if only just for this reason because I think it’s outrageous And unacceptable. Please be aware of anyone who wants to stay there that they will charge you that money unfortunately I do travel a lot for Business and Colombia and I will never ever stay at a NH collection hotel again. If any reason just for that. Again it’s unacceptable.

I stayed at this hotel during my nine-day visit to Colombia. I chose it with high hopes for a comfortable, five-star experience. Unfortunately, while some aspects stood out, others fell short of expectations. The staff truly deserve five stars — they were kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or service requests. Their hospitality was the highlight of the stay. However, the hotel itself felt quite outdated. Every time we turned on the tap in the washroom, a loud motor-like noise would go off, which was disruptive, especially at night. We brought this up with the front desk, but were told it was “normal.” It was odd and made it difficult to rest if someone used the washroom during the night. We also found the walls to be quite thin — noises from neighboring rooms were frequently disturbing. When I booked the room, I selected one with a mountain view (Room 401, as offered during online check-in), but upon arrival, I was given a different room facing a building with no view. I had even paid extra to upgrade to a terrace room, expecting a scenic view. After several follow-ups, we were finally offered a room change — but only after five days into our stay. Other small inconveniences added up — the mattresses were quite firm and uncomfortable, and requesting things like plates or cutlery often took hours and multiple reminder calls. Overall, despite the great service from the staff, the experience felt more like a three-star stay rather than a five.
