Beautiful view nice room and very clean

The room was not the cleanest unfortunately. The whole hotel needs an upgrade, but the bathroom was remodeled and large. Mattress and pillows just ok. Easy and convenient parking and hotel location just outside the city with nice views. Restaurant was cheap but decent food. Staff was very nice.

Cafetería is not a good one and expensive

The hotel is ideally located next to the Cuatro Postes viewpoint and within walking distance of the old city.The unit is clean, neat , and well equipped. The hot buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful with everything. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Avila. From the room, I had a great view of the walls of Avila.

Best location with amazing view

We were delighted with the very spacious, beautifully decorated room. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with an excellent walk in shower and the temperature good. We loved the situation close to the Four Posts and with views of the stunning city of Avila. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the cafe bar is also really good for a drink and tapas / snacks. Staff were all really helpful.We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, good staff, pillows not to good

Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff, the room is spacious, clean, quiet. We had dinner in the hotel in the evening, with a choice of a set or ala carte menu. The set menu was very good both in quality and quality included wine, bread starter, main & dessert or coffee. The cost was very reasonable.

Good value

This hotel I great. Value Great staff a bit of walk to town but ok We spent 2 nights in Avila. The hotel caters for coach parties so breakfast is busy We enjoyed our stay

No double bed room and I needed to pay more for it A lot of sounds, and light during the night Couldn’t sleep more than 4 hours

I expect more from this hotel. This is not a 4-star, but 2,5 to 3-star hotel. It’s old overall, old furniture, old carpet, missing some things as table and chairs inside the room, there’s no trash can, no water, no coffee inside. Never a 4-star hotel.
