It was fair

Kinda run down but still decently sanitary 6/10

Surprisingly clean and comfortable.

Heat was not working properly.

Checking was quick, been driving all day and night. So the quick check in was really a plus, cause i was about to fall like a log.

They could provide towels that are not too old.

I was driving from NJ to FL and the traffic was horrible so I stopped at this hotel. I thank the gentleman that checked me in and my room is really lovely and clean.

This hotel is in walking distance to restaurants.

For the price the place was nice the area is not the best

Towels were old and worn.

It was a rather old property. The bathrooms have old stains on the walls and did not look clean. Towels are thin and only provided 2 of them. There is a Waffle House across the street so that was convenient for breakfast. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than that.

Needs big spraying

The room was disgusting, holes in the walls, floor rotting, in order to lay down i wiped everything down with bleach wipes. The iffice chair was broken, and it was not good thankful it was one night. I will not return. Go at your own risk!

Okay but dated. Fairly clean. Average pillows. Good A/C. Only had 1 half roll of toilet paper. Thankfully didn't need more. ;) It is what is. Staff was very nice.

Very seedy part of town...also hasn't been updated in many years

The front door had big air gaps. There were dead cockroachs everywhere. You could feel the springs in the bed. The bathroom door got shut and couldn't open it.

My daughter was traveling alone and tried to check in at 10:30 PM. The property couldn't find her reservation and told her they were completely booked. Not sure if it was hotels.com fault or the property but they were not sympathetic and did absolutely nothing to help her. They sent a young woman out to her car to deal with it herself Very unsympathetic and unprofessional.
