Excellent service provides by all the staff, from the reception, breakfast, and room keeping. Location is also very good at walking distance to the Promenade and the Train station. Breakfast was very good and good value for money

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It ended up being in a perfect location for what we had planned. The room was nice however you could hear the people in the hall and in the room next door. It didn’t bother me however the people I traveled with it kept them up at night. But it was a nice clean hotel. I would recommend.

Location is excellent. Hotel is about equidistant from the Promenade des Anglais and the Nice-Ville train station. Hotel is older and basic but very clean. The room (#132) was a nice size with two twin beds. The front desk staff is lovely and very helpful. The only downside was that our room (#132) was on the first floor on the street side of the building, and there is A LOT of street noise during the night, especially on weekends. Ear plugs helped tremendously. I would stay again but request a room on a higher floor.

We loved our stay at Hotel Busby! We left our luggage at the front desk while we waited for our room to be ready.

The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would’ve been that there were two bags of fruit tea on arrival and no other choice of beverages. I would have preferred coffee but that was never offered. I didn’t want to make a fuss and bought coffee sachets in the local supermarket. Still happy with our stay. Would recommend.

Excellent breakfast with a great pastry and cake selection. Fruit and eggs also available amongst other things. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Only downside was the room was facing the street and we were woken up quite often during the night with traffic or people yelling, but luckily slept again shortly after.

Perfect location, clean rooms, super quiet and awesome staff. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is located in an old building with plenty of character, although it could use some updates. They include a convenient mini fridge in the room. I felt safe in the area, even though it was a bit farther from the train station than I expected, which actually makes it closer to the historic center and the beach. It’s also very close to Rue Masséna and all of its restaurants.

This place really needs to be updated. The hotel is very old and weathered. For the price, I feel like it would benefit by being updated. We left really early in the morning fore check out and we couldn't figure out how to get out of the hotel. We were looking around and the front staff was sleeping in another part of the lobby in the dark room so we didn't see him. Then he said, well you should have called out for me. But we were talking at normal volume and he was not too far but didn't hear us. So he blamed him sleeping on us not looking harder for him or yelling out to him. That was not a good experience. Overall, would not stay again.

Good price, very central location, friendly staff

Breakfasts were good, fresh fruits, nuts, kiwis, croissants and coffee, etc. a good continental breakfast. The building is quite old, but in line with the Haussmann store

My room was quite small and very hot when I checked in, no air conditioning si I had to keep drapes drawn. My travelling companion had problems with water in bathroom on two days of the four we spent there. Breakfast was fine except no freshly squeezed juice and instant decaffeinated coffee. Staff all very pleasant and helpful to us, thank you.
