Room smelled like wet carpet. Sandwiched between a highway and industrial area

The whole property was run down the, the reservation was messed up and their attitude about resolving the issue was arrogant at best. It was very overpriced for the condition and the service received.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and helpful with recommendations on places to eat.

Good hotel. Hotel was short staffed and went without service the whole 7 days. But, decent hotel, clean, nice pool, nice breakfast. Worked with me on dog fees and room rate, that was nice of them.

Price was right so putting up with freeway noise was worth it. Otherwise nice place breakfast was good.

It was a nice hotel.

Staff was super rude about their breakfast policy. There was still 20 minutes left and they wouldn't put out more food. When politely asking, the woman was very abrasive stating it was "their policy" to not put out more food.

The customer service at the front desk was friendly and excellent.

It was not the best experience. The room beds were small and the restrooms floor tile was broken. The restroom door was a sliding door which was a surprise and unexpected. Other than that it was just ok. Won’t stay there again

Poorly maintained, air vents dirty. ceiling paint in the toilet filthy. Pocket door to water closet is poorly aligned and the paint is scraped off.

This is the second week in a row I’ve had the pleasure to stay at your facility.Both have been enjoyable
