The room was comfy and well appointed. For one big lamp, I couldn't figure out how to turn if off, so I unplugged it. The AC seemed to be a unit that isnt sealed to the outside. Highway traffic noise came through all night.

Parking is a little confusing, elevators were a tad scary, but the property, room and staff were amazing

Felt dated and mini fridge was broken.

Older hotel: toilet stopped working ; rude staff

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable bed. And I like that they have all the different size pillows.

Linen was not changed out and floor was not swept.

Upon arrival was unaware of the $100.00 pet add on for my stay. Secondly the room was left a disgusting mess. A opened used condom in the couch of the room we stayed in. Dirty bedding and sheets with hair from previous guests. EXTREMELY loud guests on the floor we were staying on which was the 6th. If it weren’t for my sense of urgency to get out of Texas I would’ve made my emotions more noted to the hotel staff. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I’ve stayed here before. The tv is big. The room is nice and clean. I hate the restroom because it’s small and the door is literally hitting your knees if opened. Elevator is always slow.

room worked out well. requested to be away from the elevator when I made the reservation and they put me next to the elevator. however, it wasn't a problem

The room was decent, however me and my family noticed some serious congestion every night we slept in the room. Might be due to dust or mold. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall a decent stay!

Property was convenient to the event that we were attending. The property was looking "tired" and in need of freshening up, both in terms of repairs as well as some new furniture. One of our chairs was broken, the ceiling was peeling and there were spots of mold in the shower. And one of the elevators was not working. With a couple of large groups at the hotel, it was a long wait for the elevators. It appeared that the one elevator has been out of service for awhile.

Stayed for a business trip. Most all hotels were sold out and this was available. I would not stay here again on my next trip. One of the two elevators was not working and the one that was would take minutes to arrive, it would go very very slow. The front desk person told me that they don’t do daily cleaning but every other day or upon request. After the second day i noticed the room wasn’t clean and i asked, i was then told that its every 3 days. Miscommunication here or misinformation but still, not ideal. Pool was dirty dirty not that it was swimming season but it speaks for the cleanliness and attention to the detail. Tried using the gym which is basically just cardio equipment but that wasn’t working either.

One of two Elevators was broken so the remaining elevator meant a 6 to 10 minute. Wait every time you want to get on, ridiculous waiting like that
