This hotel is very good for my family. I will back again soon!

Lots of little cockroaches, I saw 3 on the first day check in, 6 more on the next morning😢. So much loud noise from unit above even though it's 2 am

I asked for a large king bed and was given 2 single beds, not great for a getaway with my husband. I asked for late check out and wasn't given it either.

The location of the hotel is very close to the center of the crowd.

I got upgraded room and it was amazing. The room was huge and even there was washing machine, dryer, stove, oven, cooking set, all you need. The room was clean, the heater really help us to be heated (since it's too cold outside).The location is near ICC and very strategic. The wifi also super fast. But the minus is the staff don't helpful for ex they don't want help me carry my lugage ( me and my friend are girls, and the staff is man). The selection of cable TV is not my favourite. Overall it was good but need some improvements. The property and location is good but the service is need to be improved.

Lovely quiet environment with Coles supermarket about 15 mins walk. the kitchen is spotless with complete utensils.

signature hotel from outside, inside all furnished but you still can see the old hotel, it's nice only the heater was not enough heating but with blanket it's warm enough. the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym were perfect for the kids

They gave me early check in, at 9AM. I’m so happy with that. Strategic location.

Very well, good rooms, nearly everywhere, sometimes I hope will back to Sydney with family at Oaks
