Staff friendly and helpful. Nice bed and room.

We got a better room than booked. We actually got a suite. Everything is new

Unknown to us the building was under major renovations. Everywhere was dirty and gross. Breakfast was very much affected by the renovations. Our room was clean and nice but smelt like glue and construction. Toilet paper was one-ply. Toilet didn’t flush properly and our door did not close and lock properly. When we informed the front desk they did not care at all. Stay somewhere else.

Overall, a very good stay. The hotel is under renovation. The room was spacious and comfortable. The newly renovated room was very nice, with an updated bathroom. The service, including check-in, was very good. The hotel is very close to Superstore and Costco.

The hotel was going thru some renovations. But overall staff was friendly and would stay there againg.

Major construction going on at this property. Price point adjusted for this. Careful with little kids as there are construction area debris piles around back of property where parking is.

Never go there again

Its never a good sign when your hotel has all the facing removed and the cladding is exposed for renos. Total overhaul in progress - NOT mentioned anywhere before booking. NOT ACCEPTABLE sales practice. No hot water in my room - they said it would be fixed day 1 and was not working on day 2. The breakfast literally made me sick. I threw up the egg surprise they called breakfast 2 hours after eating it. I would say avoid this place like the plague. It's sad because I have been coming here for a very long time and it's just a mess. Oh, and the parking lot is gone during renos. I feel totally ripped off.
