Normally i stay here and its good. The Fridge in the room the freezer didn't work and the bathtub has gross dirty jets and red algae around the drain

Quick overnight stay. Facility was clean, staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was really good!

Overall the hotel was great. The one thing that I didn’t like was our bathroom and how tiny it was and there were some spots that could have been cleaned more. The beds etc were great. Great coffee and loved the makeup mirror by the coffee! Cookies were a nice treat and staff were great. Will stay again but will ask for a larger bathroom

Would like it if there were microwave in the guest rooms or at least on each floor.

Wish there weee a more variety of pillows. I can’t sleep on pure feathers.

I'm a bit disappointed considering what I paid. The jetted bathtub doesn't plug, phones didn't work to call front desk for basic needs like bedding (carried them all back to the room). And a blanket from the front desk with clumps of hair all over it. I thought the first clump was a cockroach. Two very gross stains on the pull out bed. I Expected a lot more from the doubletree by Hilton than what I got

Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was apparent when using every aspect of the room. Amenities were plentiful and are precisely what travelers want/need to avoid packing extra items (I.e.: bar soap, hairdryer, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup mirror) and so helpful and convenient to have USB Plug-ins as a standard option. Service was fine for check-in and check-out; nothing outstanding or spectacular, but that’s expected with a moderate-priced hotel chain. The best service I received was from the cleaning crew on the morning of my departure, with each team member giving me a welcoming smile and a “Thanks for staying with us!” That team definitely knows how to give a great experience and it certainly spills over into the level of attention they give to the rooms they take care of, too. Big commendation to that team and their leader!! Coffee service in the morning was disappointing, as both mornings during my stay there was no fresh coffee available and I had to get from their breakfast restaurant, giving me an awkward feeling like I was being a rule-breaker. Overall though, the stay was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. I will certainly stay again the next time I am in Bloomington for business.

In general, everything was fine during our stay. One issue with the 2 room suite we had was the lack of lighting. It was quite dim.

A beautiful stay here. Came for my grandson basketball tournament. Staff was very freindly and helpful. The restaurant being on site was amazing!! Will be back

We love the warm cookies at check in. They let us check in early since rooms were clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Definitely return.

Excellent hotel with a very nice adjoining restaurant. Convenient for a long travel day.

I arrived in the area really early was able to check in around 1pm as opposed to the 4 pm check in time. The room was extremely clean, the beds had no hairs or stains on them. ( a problem I have experienced more and more lately at all hotels) and love the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Would highly recommend.
