The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and the location with Outback Steakhouse right next door was superb.

Gave away our room with 2 queen beds, which was booked in advance. Did not call to notify us of the mix up. Arrived at 11:30pm after a 9 hour drive to be told that 4 people would be in a room with 1 king bed. Luckily the best Western could accommodate us, however they only have double beds. Very, very displeased.

Super nice staff, we needed batteries for a card shuffler and the manager provided them

Nice big room, very clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Room quiet. Excellent night’s sleep. In room coffee, microwave and fridge. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Property was in a good location, they were doing renovations so some of the rooms were partially updated.

Love the comfort of the King sized bed and room was clean

Nasty stink old dairy product in fridge. Tried to clean smell did not go away. No accommodation or complimentary adjustment was made. Not happy

Staff was friendly. Check in and out process easy and quick. Very close to the highway and shopping.

I paid a $10 incidental fee when I got there when I checked out the next morning they charged me an additional $240 for something that I did not do and then I looked back into my account this morning they went back and charged me another $250 so now my account is in the negative 277 and I have to go and dispute both charges with this room was only $116 they said that I spilled something on the floor which I did not I told them either the person that was there before me did it or the housekeeping dropped my bags because I would never and have never left a hotel room with anything less than perfect

Holiday Inn Express is reliable and consistent, and the staff is always nice.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast has a great variety.

Ive stayed here quite a few times for work. Fantastic beds and pillows which is why I keep coming back. Staff is always great.

Everything was ok . I will be booking again.
