Very very good stay except for barking dog

A good place would recommend the stay to people

Conveniently across the street from a restaurant but still drove there because of the rain. The hotel rate was reasonable and included a hot breakfast. The barn door to the bathroom malfunctioned and was stuck in a closed position (some issue with the track). Unfortunately, I couldn't open it and was confined inside without the cellphone. Luckily my wife was just outside the door and called the front desk. We had to wait until a staff member could come by to work on it to free me. We switched rooms but found out it was too close to the elevators. We were then offered another room that turned out to be across our initial room with the door problem.

The agent at the desk when we arrived very late and tired was gracious and helpful.

The constant slamming of the type of doors installed in this hotel was a major disappointment. Otherwise was pretty decent place. Clean, super nice staff. Not quiet; heard too much of the neighboring guests. Nice laundry room.

Room was dirty, where we had breakfast was dirty. Guest smoking pot in there rooms and smell came into our room, furniture broken in our room and air conditioners sucked.

Lovely accomodations and breakfast was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful. My only complaint was the TV situation where your choices were limited and old movies were repeated for two days.

Easy on and off the highway. Perfect location for events in Concord.

Hotel was nice, quiet and affordable. Service was great. Furniture in room needs updating. Door in front of refrigerator would not shut all the way. Overall the hotel was good. I would stay there again.

Pleasureable stay

Shower pressure is amazing

Check in was a disaster 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked were not booked. Hotel said it was an expedia issue but I am not sure whos error it was. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with expedia. Expedia does not have a option for hotel problems.

Quiet location and close to highways. It is very clean and the staff are always very helpful. Breakfast served is so good and so many choices!

Everything about our stay was great…once we got past check-in. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, but a sign saying the clerk would return shortly. After nearly 10 minutes a young lady came from the kitchen area and stepped behind the desk without apologizing for the wait or even really acknowledging us. She then proceeded to check us in but never smiled or engaged in conversation. She was perfectly competent but not at all friendly or welcoming.
