Very clean and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was old with disgusting carpet. Pool area was good until we found a thumbtack at the bottom of the pool.

Gym decent and had plenty of luggage carts.Staff decent also

Great overnight stay

Absolutely wonderful! The staff were super nice and polite. The rooms were also super nice too. Its also conveniently located near the civic center so as a concert junkie this hotel puts the icing on the cake!

Stay wasn’t bad. There was a weird smell in the bathroom. Bathroom mirror was broken and window blinds were broken. There weren’t any pool towels in the pool area. Even after front lobby was called. However beds were really nice.

No parking at the property you had to go across the street and park it on a parking garage that is shared by the bank.

We were there as a family, needing two rooms. I asked that we hand adjoining rooms and they worked well and quickly to accommodate us. We were thankful!

There needs to be more security to keep hallways quiet at night. We were there during a sports event and some kids/people where extremely loud and banging on doors. Security staff should have intervened.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. They went out of there way to make our stay worthwhile

The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. It took awhile to get my deposit back when being told it will be released immediately upon checking out.

We'll be back again next month!

Out dated in my most professional opinion. Cafe 309 was super expensive for the buffet. I was not happy with the price of the stay or food.

My stay was awesome

The hotel was close to the venue we were going to, which is what we wanted. The staff that was available was good but we had to wait quite a while to get checked into our room. The room was okay but the tub was disgusting. I wish I could share the picture I took. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the hallway. We won't stay here again.

The police came and were banging and shouting in the hall 2 doors down at 3AM. The carpets were all filthy beyond belief. Horrible experience.
