Have stayed here many times very nice place

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and we have seen many improvements. Very nice and the staff were friendly. One thing that I am sure many guests have spoken about. No lifts very much a draw back for visitors

Clean and well kept

They gave me another room when I told front desk about the noise in the middle of the night from next room may be ppl were having party. It was clean

The property was clean, but they need to upgrade. The TV service was bad, no elevators, and we could hear every step the persons above us made.

The soft spoken young lady at check-in was not very inviting and seemed almost bothered by my presence. If she wants to work in Hospitality, I would suggest she be more hospitable. Speak up! Smile! Act like you appreciate your customers. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if passing through.

Was nice. Would have perferrred a better coffee area and a included breakfast. But very clean and quiet hotel

Smelled really bad, no WiFi, pool was outdoors, and my room was cleaned/food thrown away before I checked out. Won’t stay here again

Mistakenly took clothes out of my room because they did not properly add my two day Expedia reservation with an additional day I booked directly with the hotel. This interrupted my attendance at the Yearly Republican PA leadership training convention.

Very satisfied and am booking again😀

Eveything was super easy to check in

Great staff, clean rooms

Was there for a business conference. I am amazed to find hotels that are still so inaccessible for differently abled people. Many stairs and long hallways with stairs up and down in the middle of the hallways. Also no ice machines were functioning in the hotel.
