Niice staff, clean hotel..a bit old premises.

Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. We are very satisfied with the services provided. Will stay here again

A great place to stay. A very good location near restaurants and main sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is well situated close to all the main city centre attractions. Room was comfortable but quite small for two people. Restaurant is also small for a hotel of this capacity which resulted in a wait to be seated for breakfast.

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal es correcto. De dos ascensores, uno no funcionó durante la estancia y la mayoría de las personas teníamos que ir por las escaleras.

La habitación muy bien con la excepción del baño manifiestamente mejorable.

Emblemático hotel de Valladolid. Céntrico, grande, quizáis algo anticuado polo paso do tempo. O cuarto, individual, está ben.
